Procurement Manager
Based at our New Covent Garden Market warehouse, the role of our Procurement Manager is to source the very best produce for our customers at the best possible price. This includes buying directly from the wholesalers within New Covent Garden, as well as using your external supplier contacts for the UK and worldwide. Managing stock, pricing and working with the accounts managers and clients are also key to the role. This job best suits an experienced applicant, who has a specific history of working in fresh produce procurement in the UK and is available for night operation.
