Controls Production Assembler

Roles and responsibilities

• To construct control panels, fan assemblies and associated components, accurately and within predetermined route times.
• Inspect completed panels to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment in line with safety standards outlined by company policies, departmental procedures and guidelines.
• To maintain a clean, tidy and safe workplace, within all areas of the department.
• To record stages of production and time taken on the appropriate forms and on Microsoft AX.
• To record any changes or deviations from the work documentation identified during construction.
• Any changes to be agreed by the Controls Manager/Team Leader prior to modification.
• To undertake any reasonable task requested by the Controls Manager or Team Leader.
• To undertake any reasonable additional tasks requested by Senior staff. This may involve off site working, an amount of out of hours working or aiding elsewhere within the company.
