Clinical Negligence Solicitor

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from initial consultation through to resolution.
  • Provide clear and expert advice to clients on their rights and options in cases of medical negligence.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including claims, witness statements, and expert reports.
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional levels of care and support.
  • Actively engage in marketing initiatives to promote our clinical negligence services and drive departmental growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver exceptional client service.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified Solicitor with experience in clinical negligence (candidates with a strong interest in the field or transferrable skills are welcome to apply).
  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a genuine client-focus and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Commercially aware thinkers who can strategically contribute to the growth of the department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with clients.

  • Familiarity with case management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
