FULL DESCRIPTION

Crisis Intervention Coordinator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a compassionate Crisis Intervention Coordinator for the crisis café 'Talking Space' in Northfield, Birmingham. This part-time role (Thursday to Sunday, 6pm-11pm) offers up to £13.70 per hour. Please note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

Deputising and supporting the manager in co-ordination of all aspects of service delivery
Leading on the recruitment, supervision and embedding of volunteers within the service
Devising staffing rotas in accordance with agreed requirements and the needs of the service
Actively promoting the service to external referrers and partner agencies

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' relevant experience supporting adults with mental health and/or other support needs
Confident, credible, and professional practitioner
Willingness to work flexibly according to the needs of the service
