Crisis and Recovery Worker
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Crisis and Recovery Worker for a night time crisis prevention service in Liverpool City Centre. The role offers £12.85 per hour and is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to service users in or facing a mental health crisis.
- Identify and access opportunities for service users to gain independence and confidence.
- Work in a recovery-focused manner aligned with support and risk management plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with mental health needs.
- Warm personality and ability to work in a person-centred manner under high-stress situations.
- Clean driving licence and access to a car (beneficial).
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis.
