About the Role

We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to accelerate [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s next stage of growth. You’ll build, test, and scale strategies that drive acquisition, product adoption, and virality. You’ll own growth experiments across community, paid, organic, and product-led funnels. You’ll report to our VP of Marketing and partner closely with Product, Data, Ops, Sales, and our leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Take ownership of our new user acquisition target
  • Design, run, and scale growth experiments
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns
  • Partner with Product and Data to design in-product growth loops
  • Define, measure, and report on growth KPIs
  • Research and test new channels
  • Build scalable playbooks

Who We Think Will Thrive (Requirements)

  • 5+ years in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of growth experiments
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (WebFlow, HubSpot, Amplitude, Hex, GA4)
  • Creative and scrappy
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Bias toward action
