About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to accelerate [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s next stage of growth. You’ll build, test, and scale strategies that drive acquisition, product adoption, and virality. You’ll own growth experiments across community, paid, organic, and product-led funnels. You’ll report to our VP of Marketing and partner closely with Product, Data, Ops, Sales, and our leadership team.
What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of our new user acquisition target
- Design, run, and scale growth experiments
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns
- Partner with Product and Data to design in-product growth loops
- Define, measure, and report on growth KPIs
- Research and test new channels
- Build scalable playbooks
Who We Think Will Thrive (Requirements)
- 5+ years in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of growth experiments
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (WebFlow, HubSpot, Amplitude, Hex, GA4)
- Creative and scrappy
- Comfortable working cross-functionally
- Bias toward action
