Design sits at the center of this mission. Our team of 35+ product designers work across cross-functional squads. Autonomy, trust and transparency are key. We are seeking a Product Designer with strong B2B product design experience to elevate the user experience for accountants and businesses.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand problems and empathise with users through user research and data analysis.
  • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Great communication skills and ability to share knowledge.
  • Excellent visual design skills with experience on complex systems.
  • Ability to document design decisions and drive projects forward.
  • Experience generating new opportunities to improve processes, products, and culture.
  • Hands-on experience coaching and mentoring more junior members.
  • Fluent in both French and English (user interviews in French required).

What to Expect

Within 1 month

  • Learn about the company, teams, and vision during onboarding.
  • Familiarise with product and accounting industry.
  • Get deep knowledge of Product and Design organisation.
  • Get acquainted with the Design team, PM, engineers, and users.

Within 3 months

  • Lead discovery and user research sessions.
  • Ensure continuous delivery with the right quality.
  • Contribute to team effort and review peers.

Within 6 months

  • Mentor junior Product Designers.
  • Participate in recruitment.
  • Benchmark best UX/UI practices.
