Role Overview

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering complex internal projects and large-scale customer projects. From retail technology rollouts to product development, software and service setup, you’ll lead initiatives that directly impact customer success and business growth. You’ll work across teams, geographies and partners, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to every project. Alongside delivery, you’ll help evolve our PMO, mentor colleagues and champion high standards, ensuring we scale effectively whilst continuing to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • A highly experienced Project Manager, confident in leading complex projects end-to-end.
  • Strong experience delivering large-scale projects combining hardware and software; retail technology experience a plus.
  • Commercially minded and financially astute, focused on efficiency and cost-conscious solutions.
  • Natural leader with experience guiding teams, setting high standards and mentoring others, ideally in remote environments.
  • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with ability to navigate challenging customer situations.
  • High adaptability and resilience to overcome obstacles and keep projects moving.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience conducting retrospective investigations (PIRs) and driving continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards.

What You'll Do

  • Take ownership of delivering projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-standard delivery.
  • Partner with Legal to understand project scope and commitments.
  • Lead hardware and software rollout projects for new and existing customers.
  • Manage product development and technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate when needed.
  • Act as a key voice in the supportive PMO structure, championing best practice.
  • Contribute to strategic goals and align projects with business objectives.
  • Mentor and develop colleagues to strengthen project management practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and timely project status updates.
  • Monitor KPIs and OKRs to ensure performance stays on track.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support resource planning and capacity forecasting.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range: £70,000 - £85,000.
