Customer Relationship Manager

Our Commercial Division is growing. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to strategically manage an important part of our customer portfolio and a number of key accounts.

The opportunity:

  • Be the face of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Commercial for customers – You'll work directly with senior stakeholders to deliver excellence across large, complex, and high-expectation fleets of commercial vehicles.
  • Make a real impact – Use your industry knowledge and commercial expertise to enhance service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive value.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – Partner with our Strategic Account Director, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Network teams to deliver seamless support and continuous improvement.
  • Shape the future – Play a lead role in account strategy, innovation, and long-term planning – including tenders, compliance, and operational scaling to support seasonal peaks.

What you'll bring:

  • Significant experience in fleet or commercial vehicle management with strong knowledge of commercial vehicles
  • Commercial awareness with experience in P&L management, contract oversight, and strategic account development.
  • Natural relationship builder with proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills at a senior level.
  • Confident with data-driven decision making, KPI reporting, and operational planning.
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused with high levels of energy and ownership.
  • Experience working in or with fast-paced, high-performance cultures.
