FULL DESCRIPTION

Senior Statistician

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Senior Statistician to provide high-quality statistical support to one of our key-FSP clients.

The Role

You will provide high-quality statistical support to one of our key-FSP clients. At Senior level you may also take on a supervisory role (e.g., line management and/or project management), depending on your experience and interest.

What we’re looking for (must-have)

  • Real-World Evidence (RWE) exposure
  • Experience reviewing key study documents and outputs, such as SAPs, TLFs, and TLF shells (plus associated documentation)
  • Confidence explaining statistical concepts to non-statisticians, and comfort presenting to client teams
  • The ability to manage your own workload across multiple projects/clients, working independently with support available when needed
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant statistics role within clinical research/biostatistics

Key Responsibilities

  • Study statistical oversight
  • Project-level statistical input
  • Development and/or review of study documentation, including the statistical aspects of protocols and SAPs
  • Study design (including sample size), ad-hoc and exploratory analyses
  • Other statistical support as required
  • Confident programming in SAS or R

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Study design / sample size experience
  • Regulatory experience
  • Bayesian methods
  • Experience in therapeutic areas such as Oncology and/or CNS is an advantage
