About the Role

Aldringham Court offers 41 bedrooms over two floors can be personalised to create a true home-from-home experience. The quality and appearance of our homes create the first impression for visitors and are a source of enjoyment for our residents and their families. Our maintenance teams take huge pride in maintaining our buildings to the highest possible standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the upkeep of our home including painting, decorating, repairs and basic plumbing and electrical work
• Ensuring our residents remain safe and comfortable by adhering to good health and safety practices at all times

Requirements

Previous experience within gardening, decorating, plumbing and electrical work is essential. We provide a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team.
