Care Assistant - Contracted Hours

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Care Assistant for their Norwich branch. This is a permanent, full-time domiciliary care role with a salary of £13.00 - £13.50 per hour, 35 hours per week. Shifts are 7am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, including alternate weekends.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain health, wellbeing, and independence. Manorcourt Homecare is part of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
Supporting with the administering of medication
Assisting with meal preparation
Providing companionship and offering social interaction
Carrying out light domestic tasks and occasional food shopping

Requirements

Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Access to own transport is an advantage but not essential
Kind, compassionate, and committed attitude
