About the Role

Are you a naturally caring person and want to help make a difference in people's lives? If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to join our care team at our lovely home, Meadow House. Meadow House offers residential and nursing care to the Norfolk community. The facility also provides care for young people with disabilities and specialises in caring for individuals with multiple sclerosis. The home is entirely on the ground floor and has a very friendly atmosphere – where everyone is treated like family.

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records

About You

Whether you are an experienced care assistant or support worker or are looking to start a new career in a rewarding and fulfilling role we will provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.

About Meadow House

Meadow house is located in Swaffham, Norfolk. We provide residential and nursing care for elderly people. We also have a young person's disability unit that specialises in care for people with multiple sclerosis. Our staff are proud to have a fantastic reputation in the local (and wider) community and to have won multiple awards for our home.
