Senior Care Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Shipdham Manor, a residential care home in Norfolk. This is a permanent, part-time position (28.5 hours per week, night shifts 10pm-7:30am including alternate weekends) with a salary of £13.70 per hour.
About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will support residents with personal care, administer medication, maintain records, and lead the care team. You will also provide companionship and social interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
- Providing companionship and offering social interaction
- Maintaining accurate resident records
- Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts
- Supporting and leading the existing care team
