Reward Advisor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Reward Advisor based in Walsall. Salary £38,000 to £42,000 (DOE) plus benefits. Full-time, permanent. Hybrid working. Closing date: Fri 08 May 2026.
About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Reward Advisor vacancy in our People team. Based from our Customer Service Centre in Walsall, the role offers flexibility for hybrid working. Reporting to the Reward Manager, the Reward Advisor will support the implementation of the reward strategy and ensure the delivery of reward processes across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].
The Reward Advisor will provide specialist reward advice and guidance, the role is responsible for the ownership, delivery and continued development of employee benefits, pensions and recognition programmes. Additionally, the Reward Advisor will analyse and interpret data, and produce clear and engaging reward communications.

Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Take ownership for end-to-end delivery, governance and continuous improvement of pensions, benefits and recognition programmes across UK and Ireland.
- Manage the Reward inbox, providing timely, accurate responses to queries.
- Administer employee benefits and recognition platforms.
- Coordinate day-to-day, monthly and annual reward processes.
- Provide specialist knowledge for reward projects and process improvements.
- Produce, analyse and interpret benefits and recognition data.
- Conduct regular audits for data integrity and compliance.
- Prepare data analysis on pensions, benefits and recognition for reporting.
- Lead end-to-end P11D process.
- Undertake role grading and benchmarking aligned to WTW Global Grading methodology.
- Lead reward communication activity.
- Contribute to ongoing review and enhancement of reward offer.
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous experience as Reward Advisor or Benefits Advisor within a large organisation. Retail sector experience advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland reward practices focused on benefits, pensions and recognition.
- Working knowledge of reward governance, compliance and market trends.
- Knowledge of supporting reward or benefits communication campaigns.
- Knowledge of WTW Global Grading methodology (preferred).
- Knowledge of P11D processes and PAYE Settlement Agreements (desirable).
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills including influencing stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness, able to balance cost and value.
- Self-starter, taking initiative.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
