About the Role

Join us here at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as a Warehouse Team Manager and you’ll play a key role in leading a team to keep our distribution operation running smoothly, safely, and efficiently every day.

You’ll be right at the heart of the warehouse, supporting your team to receive, pick, and dispatch stock accurately and on time so our stores have what they need, when they need it. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll lead from the front—coaching your team, driving performance, and making sure high standards are maintained across your area.

From delivering KPI performance and managing day-to-day operations to supporting training, safety, and team development, you’ll create a positive, productive environment where colleagues can do their best work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team on weekend night shifts (Week 1: Fri-Mon 19:00-07:00; Week 2: Fri-Sun 19:00-07:00)
• Ensure accurate receiving, picking, and dispatching of stock to stores
• Drive KPI performance and operational efficiency
• Coach and develop team members to achieve high standards
• Maintain health and safety compliance across the warehouse floor
• Manage day-to-day operations, including shift scheduling and resource allocation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse and team leadership experience (essential)
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Organised, proactive, and results-focused
