About the Role
After a very successful start, our clothing brand PEP&CO is continuing to expand, providing affordable fashion to families in the communities where [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] & [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] stores already operate. We call it a “shop within a shop”; a distinct PEP&CO area selling a range of clothes including children, women’s and men’s lines. We're looking for someone who will deliver amazing customer service by ensuring the clothing range is merchandised and replenished efficiently. Every day the store will look fantastic!
About You
- Passion for fashion and retail experience working in fashion or with clothing products
- Interest in working in a fast-paced store environment
- Happy to roll up sleeves and get the job done, putting customers first
- Use initiative to ensure store looks great, deliveries are received efficiently, and merchandise is correctly presented
What Your Day Will Look Like
As a Sales Assistant you will:
- Ensure excellent customer service in every interaction – friendly, welcoming and helpful
- Deliver effective product availability, replenish stock as directed
- Work as part of the store team to create and maintain a fun and friendly environment
- Live the company values, focusing on individual responsibility and team delivery
- Deliver store changes/promotions in a timely and accurate way
Flexibility in hours is required; shifts may vary.
