Senior Analyst – COL

Summary: You will be responsible for the delivery of professional services to retained investment banking corporate clients. The position will involve and have responsibility for client interaction and project delivery on a daily basis and reporting to the client account manager. The individual will be involved in company research, information memoranda production, strategic thought leadership related to company positioning, valuation analysis, report generation, buyer or acquisition target research, industry and competitive analysis and project campaign execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Execution of M&A and capital raising assignments/project management
- Researching industry sectors and analyzing companies, industries, and financial statements/performance
- Development of marketing materials including financial models, confidential memorandum, and presentations
- Financial analysis, valuation modelling and report generation
- Management and supervision of junior investment banking analysts
- Leading industry research, profiling buyers and target corporates supported by due diligence. Producing industry reports and insights on a regular basis.
- Lead calling efforts and email campaigns on projects and associated client reporting function
- Day-to-day management of junior analysts across the organization’s global offices.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant investment banking, M&A, or similar corporate experience with demonstrable track record
- Strong project management and client communication skills.
- Experience in transaction-orientated business development
- Superior analytical skills including an aptitude for financial modelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Ability to work in a deadline oriented, fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail and able to multi-task.
- Exceptional work ethic and integrity
- Fluent in additional European language advantageous
- Experience obtained from working within an international organization is preferred.
