The Opportunity

The NOC L2/3 Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled NOC engineers, ensuring effective management of incidents, changes, and service requests across complex network environments. You will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, guide engineers through troubleshooting, and maintain network stability.

Key Areas of Focus

  • Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, coach, and develop L2/3 NOC engineers; conduct 1:1s, performance reviews; foster culture of ownership.
  • Operational Management: Oversee workload, ensure SLA/KPI targets, maintain awareness of dashboards and incident queues, coordinate with other teams.
  • Incident & Problem Management: Senior technical escalation point, lead investigations, support P1s and Major Incidents, drive problem management.
  • Technical Leadership: Expert guidance on WAN, WiFi, routing, switching; support advanced troubleshooting; maintain documentation.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Work with Engineering, Service Management, Field teams; communicate incident progress.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure ITIL compliance; identify process gaps; promote best practices.

About You

You are calm, structured, decisive. Experience in NOC or technical operations, incident management, strong communication. Must have: experience in technical operations, managing incidents, dashboards, ticketing systems, understanding of network operations and ITIL. Nice to have: networking certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, vendor certs).
