Requirements

  • 5+ years relevant experience, people management, F&B, Front Office or Housekeeping
  • Local market knowledge preferred
  • Adaptability: quick response to feedback, guest needs, operational demands

Responsibilities

  • Offer guests a considered, intelligent, and aesthetically pleasing experience
  • Supervise and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B teams
  • Collaborate with HODs to manage high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
  • Collaborate with GM and other department heads to develop operational and commercial strategies
  • Assist GM with budgeting, forecasting, profitability, P&L and financial analysis
  • Analyse and foresee guest requirements, take prompt action
  • Regularly evaluate individual and team performance against goals
