Job Overview

A leading technology and electrical safety solutions provider supporting healthcare and critical infrastructure environments is looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager – Service Sales to manage and grow relationships with NHS and healthcare sector customers across the Midlands / South of the UK. This role focuses on account management, service contract renewals, and service sales growth, working with existing customers to ensure long-term service partnerships and identify opportunities to expand maintenance and lifecycle service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing healthcare sector accounts across Southern UK
  • Drive service contract renewals, upgrades and multi-year service agreements
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the installed customer base
  • Deliver against service sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Conduct regular customer site visits across NHS trusts, hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations and presentations
  • Work closely with engineering, service and technical support teams to ensure service delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, opportunities and account activity in CRM systems

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, Service Sales or Business Development
  • Background selling service contracts, maintenance agreements or technical services
  • Experience working with NHS, hospitals, healthcare estates teams, or medical technology customers highly advantageous
  • Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills
  • Commercially driven with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiar with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South region
