Inn Keepers Collection Room Attendant

What You’ll Do in This Role
- Ensure our guests want to revisit us and recommend us to their friends and family by working with the team to provide a warm welcome and farewell.
- Take PRIDE to ensure each guest enjoys their stay by engaging them in appropriate conversation and discussing the guest experience survey.
- Responsible for cleaning and presenting bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the Innkeepers Lodge brand standard.
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness and safety by following set up and close down procedures.
