Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
- Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.

Desired Experience + Qualifications
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
- Proven experience teaching students with complex autism and additional needs
- Strong behaviour management skills and experience in providing high levels of support
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A passion for education and a commitment to making a difference in students’ lives
