Site Maintenance Technician

Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 8:00-4:15, Fri 8:00-3:00
Job Type: Permanent (Full-time)
Closing Date: 22/05/2026
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate basic repairs, maintenance of all plant equipment and first-line fault finding across the site
- Carry out PPM checks, infrastructure maintenance planning, and landlord duties using provided checklists
- Use hand and power tools confidently for a range of tasks
- Installation of furniture and other equipment
- Liaise with and monitor contractors inline with site rules and Health & Safety requirements
- Participate in waste management activities, ensuring proper disposal and recycling processes are followed
- Perform manual handling duties as required
- Work safely and effectively at height, adhering to all safety protocols
- Assist the team with out of hours services if required
Desirable Additional Skills
- Forklift License
- IPAF license or banksman training
- PASMA Training
- Good Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH, Fire Safety awareness, permits to work, and contractor management
- Competent using Outlook, Excel and digital task logging tools
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing needs
- Able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
