Site Maintenance Technician

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 8:00-4:15, Fri 8:00-3:00

Job Type: Permanent (Full-time)

Closing Date: 22/05/2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate basic repairs, maintenance of all plant equipment and first-line fault finding across the site
  • Carry out PPM checks, infrastructure maintenance planning, and landlord duties using provided checklists
  • Use hand and power tools confidently for a range of tasks
  • Installation of furniture and other equipment
  • Liaise with and monitor contractors inline with site rules and Health & Safety requirements
  • Participate in waste management activities, ensuring proper disposal and recycling processes are followed
  • Perform manual handling duties as required
  • Work safely and effectively at height, adhering to all safety protocols
  • Assist the team with out of hours services if required

Desirable Additional Skills

  • Forklift License
  • IPAF license or banksman training
  • PASMA Training
  • Good Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH, Fire Safety awareness, permits to work, and contractor management
  • Competent using Outlook, Excel and digital task logging tools

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and organisational abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing needs
  • Able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
