[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a creative, collaborative and passionate Producer to help build amazing games. This is a hybrid role based in Guildford, Surrey, UK. Employment Type: Full-Time, Experience Level: Mid-level.
What a Producer does at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
As a Producer at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] you will be responsible for overseeing the development and production for part of a video game project from concept to completion. The Producer will work closely with the development team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be ensuring the teams goals are clearly defined, prioritised and tracked along with making sure decisions are made with the right inputs, at the right time and communicated effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the game development process, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
- Communicate project status and progress to the development team and stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Work with the development team to define and maintain the game's vision and design
- Ensure that the game meets the quality standards set by the company
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed
- Manage the localization process for the game
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the development team
- Work closely with other departments within the company, such as marketing, QA, and operations
- Identify potential partners and build relationships with them, negotiate deals and agreements along with managing development.
