FULL DESCRIPTION
System Engineer – Aerospace & Defence (Propulsion)
We are currently looking for a highly motivated mid-level System engineer with a BS/MS and least 5 (preferably 10) years of work experience, at a fast paced, internationally growing organization with a start-up culture. In this role, you will participate in the rapid development of propulsion systems from concept to test.

Responsibilities:
- Perform critical design reviews at key Milestones.
- Manage and coordinate requirements between all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and take ownership of required SE documentation like ConOps, SRD, ICD, SEMP, etc.
- Help with risk and configuration management.
- Prepare, review and manage test requirements, test plans and test outcomes.
Qualifications:
- BS / MS in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related science.
- 5 – 10 years of experience in System Engineering and/or Propulsion systems.
- Experience with aerospace certification processes.
- Background in aerospace propulsion systems is preferred.
- Background in thermos-fluid or aerostructures analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work in cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to work independently and develop advanced technical principles, techniques, and concepts.
