Location: Stoke-on-Trent (office-based, flexible working) | Salary: £23-30k DOE | Type: Full-time, On-site | Experience: Mid-Senior level
About the role
Working alongside our developers, you’ll be helping communicate and help a team to deliver both projects and retainers for a diverse range of clients across a range of eCommerce platforms from the UK to multi-national clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Communication with clients on our work management platform to give updates on tasks
- Scheduling and prioritisation of work
- Monitoring reporting software to make sure tasks are completed within their estimated timeframe
- Testing work before it is sent back to the client
- Checking in with our development teams to make sure work is on track
You will be responsible for ensuring the team is resourced to deliver this work in an efficient way and communicating this plan, its progress, and results back to the business and with your clients. You will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and not be afraid to proactively escalate any issues threatening the successful delivery of work. A natural flair for organisation and an interest in eCommerce trends would also ensure you enjoy the role
