Key Responsibilities

• Work predominantly in the commercial sector, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of gas and electricity metering services.
• Elite Engineers: Undertake friendly debt resolution visits and alternate between attending Warrants as on-site engineer and acting as Warrant Officer.
• Non-Elite Engineers: Focus purely on technical metering work — no Warrant or debt visits.
• Install, exchange, commission, remove, and maintain metering systems and associated equipment.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer interactions.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures.
• Take accountability for stock, tools, and company vehicle care.
• Commit to rotational shift patterns (6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, 11am-7pm).

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience
• CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
• Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
• UK Driving Licence
• Pass a colour blindness test and DBS check

Desirable: MET4, Current Transformer (CT), Three Phase, REGT1 (Medium Pressure)
