We have an exciting opportunity for a Dual Fuel Commercial Metering Engineer to join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. You will work predominantly in the commercial sector, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of gas and electricity metering services. Two career paths: Elite Engineer (including Warrant Officer and friendly debt resolution) or Non-Elite (metering only).

Key Responsibilities

• Install, exchange, commission, remove, and maintain metering systems and associated equipment.
• Deliver professional customer interactions.
• Elite Engineers: Undertake friendly debt resolution visits and act as Warrant Officer with support.
• Non-Elite Engineers: Focus on core dual fuel metering duties – no warrant or debt-related work.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Manage stock, tools, and company vehicle.
• Work collaboratively to achieve team and business goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential: Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience, CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent), Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent), UK Driving Licence, pass colour blindness test and DBS check.

Desirable: MET4, CT Metering, Three Phase, REGT1 (Medium Pressure).
