You will be part of a multi-skilled, highly trained team responsible for emergency response, fire safety, environmental incidents, and advanced first aid within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Main Duties
As an Emergency Response Officer, you will play a critical role in keeping people, property, and operations safe.
- Provide a high-visibility, proactive security presence across the site
- Respond rapidly to fire alarms, medical incidents, and environmental emergencies
- Support the Emergency Response Team, including training and daily planning
- Maintain and inspect specialist emergency equipment
- Conduct patrols, searches, and incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security procedures
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Valid SIA Front Line Licence (or willingness to obtain – fully funded)
- Ability to pass medical and fitness assessment (including breathing apparatus)
- Strong communication skills and professional approach
- Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to pass security vetting and random drug/alcohol testing
- Basic to intermediate IT skills
Desirable:
- FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care) qualification
Please note: Due to breathing apparatus requirements, candidates must be clean-shaven or maintain a tightly trimmed goatee-style beard for safety compliance.
