Role Overview

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an Asset Manager to manage built assets across the MoD Corsham estate. This role ensures statutory compliance, Defence readiness, and long-term asset resilience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Asset Management Strategy aligned with Defence standards and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] policies.
  • Maintain an accurate, auditable asset register covering condition, risk, lifecycle status, and maintenance history.
  • Lead asset surveys, condition assessments, and asset lifecycle forecasting across the estate.
  • Support the development and delivery of annual and long-term lifecycle and capital investment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with MoD Regulations, JSPs, SFG20, statutory legislation, and security protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in lifecycle planning, asset management, or project management within PFI/PPP or Defence environments.
  • Sound understanding of HSE regulations, Defence technical standards, and FM best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems (e.g., Archibus, Maximo).
