Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated Forensic Custody Healthcare Professional to join the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] team at Crawley Police Station. This role involves delivering healthcare to detainees in custody suites, working closely with Sussex Police. Candidates must be a registered nurse (RN, RGN, RMN with dual registration) or paramedic with at least two years' post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting such as A&E, General Practice, Emergency Medicine, Prison Healthcare, or Ambulance Service. A full driving license is required. The role requires flexibility to work across the region and includes a shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off (2 days, 2 nights). Salary £41,000 per year plus £1,000 retention bonus after 12 months and average overtime of £3,500 per annum.
Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN, RGN or RMN with dual registration) or Paramedic with minimum 2 years post-qualification experience - Band 5 equivalent

- Valid driving license
- Right to work in the UK and lived in the UK with British passport or ILR for 3+ years (no gaps over 3 months)
- Satisfy Police Vetting requirements
