[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Part-time Cleaner for a Co-op Food Store in Copmanthorpe, York. The role involves delivering excellent service standards, meeting SLA agreements, and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Details

  • Contract: CO-OP Food Store, Copmanthorpe
  • Type: Permanent
  • Hours: Mondays to Saturday, ideally early mornings from 6:30 am to 8:30 am. 12 hours per week.
  • Pay: £13.50 hr
  • Location: York, Copmanthorpe, YO23 3SE

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
  • Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
  • Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
  • Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
  • Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

  • Ability to communicate and read basic English
  • Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
  • Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
