Regional Operations Centre Manager

Role Overview

To maintain the security and life safety of the clients staff, property, information, operation and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee proactive management/monitoring of all security systems, including CCTV, access control, panic alarms.
  • Carry out immediate triage and investigation into alarms arising from all security systems.
  • Manage emergency response activities for executive residences.
  • Maintain EEP records and affect changes as instructed.
  • Carry out investigations and disciplinary activities, liaising with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] HR.
  • Train and uplift ROCOs to fully undertake ROCM duties.
  • Monitor and escalate security events impacting business travellers.
  • Support [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Crisis Management procedures.
  • Maintain clear radio and telephone communication.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels across ROC/SCR personnel.

  • Strong command of English.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Calm demeanour during emergencies.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Proactive, logical approach to security duties.
  • Understanding of data privacy and GDPR.
