Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring CCTV cameras across B&Q sites and distribution centres.
• Incident reporting and analysis of footage.
• Maintaining accurate logs of incidents and actions.
• Ensuring equipment functions properly and reporting malfunctions.
• Collaboration with security personnel and law enforcement.
• End-to-end incident management including evidence gathering and report writing.
• Compliance with SOPs and SLAs.
• Professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Completing proactive CCTV assurance reviews.

Essential Skills & Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Technical proficiency with CCTV systems
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Clear understanding of data protection laws
• Experience in a security operations centre (desirable but training provided)
• SIA CCTV licence (training can be provided)
