Small Works Supervisor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Small Works Supervisor to join their team at RAF Lossiemouth on the FDIS contract. The role involves managing minor works, planned maintenance, and reactive tasks, coordinating supply chain partners, reviewing RAMS and permits, and ensuring KPI targets are met. The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen, organizational skills, and experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver minor new works, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive and remedial works
- Coordinate and manage supply chain partners and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to standard
- Review and approve RAMS, permits and compliance documentation in line with contractual and site requirements
- Plan, prioritise and monitor work schedules to ensure contractual KPIs are consistently achieved
- Liaise with the wider site team, Helpdesk, DIO and end users to resolve issues and support contract delivery

- Ability to work independently while supporting wider team objectives
- A professional, adaptable approach within a regulated and changeable environment
- Exposure within building maintenance or facilities management is desirable
