Job Description

We are looking for a strong, professional individual with the determination and flexibility to achieve excellence for our clients while motivating and supporting team members. The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with both [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and clients, demonstrating enthusiasm for a challenging and varied working environment. A commitment to the success of the contract and the achievement of site objectives is essential. The candidate must also be a team player, capable of learning, motivating others, and working collaboratively.

The role reports directly to the Onsite Manager, and involves a range of responsibilities. The successful candidate will be required to clean areas of the Facilities to which training will be given. Areas of the Facilities are:

• Toilets (Male & Female)
• Washrooms
• Offices
• Locker rooms
• Canteen
• Sweeping & mopping of floors

Safe use of cleaning chemicals is essential, and performing one-off cleaning tasks as needed. The role may also involve working overtime to support the team during staff shortages, audits, or VIP visits. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is important, but the candidate must also be capable of working independently without supervision.
