Job Overview

• To protect [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes.
• Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.
• To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.

Main Duties

• Operations: Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK Law. Complete all tasks defined within Assignment Instructions. Proactively review AI's and suggest improvements. Hold a front-line SIA licence in Door Supervision (worn at all times). Ideal candidate also holds CCTV PSS SIA Licence. Comply with legal obligations, follow instructions, work systematically.
• Training: Complete required competency training. Undertake additional training for continuous development. Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Security & Health & Safety: Report hazards, stay alert to threats, use common sense, maintain professional conduct, complete incident reports, keep schedules, maintain good relationships with guests and brand partners, respond to first aid incidents, call emergency services for all incidents.

What We Are Looking For

• Previous Security Experience
• SIA License (Door Supervision)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
