Security Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Security Manager – to take operational responsibility for the performance, compliance, and delivery of security services across a key site. This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional people management skills, and a commitment to delivering service excellence in line with contractual targets and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the operational performance of the site's security function in line with defined targets.
  • Maintain full control over contract delivery, including financial performance, cost management, and service effectiveness.
  • Ensure efficient deployment and utilisation of labour and resources through strong team leadership and planning.
  • Ensure all services comply with relevant legislation and company standards.
  • Lead the effective commissioning of all contracts within agreed timeframes, standards, and profitability targets.
  • Liaise with internal departments to identify business development opportunities and support sales activities.
