Job Description

In your new role as Senior Supervisor you will support the Line Manager in recruiting, leading and developing the team, carry out requested/needed training, ensure designated areas are being maintained to an agreed level of cleanliness and carrying out all daily, weekly and periodic tasks as directed by the Site Manager. Carry out site walks, weekly audits, be aware of annual budget and agreed targets, ensure inductions are carried out and development plans are in place while supporting with monitoring disciplinary and grievance practises. Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals, ensuring you attend all necessary training to be able to use it. Promote good safety habits and methods of work while managing and developing effective relationships with key customers.

Qualifications

• Hardworking, reliable and motivated person with a flexible approach
• Communicative English essential; may require English language assessment
• Experience preferred but not essential; full training provided
• Must complete Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and drug/alcohol screening
