FULL DESCRIPTION

Cleaning Supervisor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to deliver excellent service standards while managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites in Lydney. Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (06:00-14:30 or 08:00-16:30), Pay: £14.82 per hour. Location: Magnera, Church Road, Lydney, GL15 5EJ.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
  • Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
  • Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
  • Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
  • Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
