FULL DESCRIPTION

Mobile Gas Engineer

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Mobile Gas Engineer to deliver planned and reactive maintenance on gas appliances and associated systems across client sites in the Sevenoaks area. The role requires commercial gas qualifications and experience with HVAC systems.

Location: Sevenoaks (with travel across BN/RH; must live within ME, TN or CT postcodes)

Employment: Full time

Role Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned, reactive and emergency maintenance on gas appliances and associated systems.
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs within contractual timescales to minimise disruption.
  • Support associated plumbing and basic electrical maintenance activities as required.
  • Complete all documentation, certification and records accurately and on time.
  • Monitor subcontractors on site and issue permits for small works when required.

Required Qualifications

  • City & Guilds Level II/III (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • Commercial gas qualifications including COCN1 or CODNCO1 (CCN1), TPCP1 & TPCP1A, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1 and CORT1.
  • Experience working on HVAC systems, including air handling units.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and safe systems of work.
  • Basic electrical knowledge and proven plumbing experience.
