[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a leading facilities management company seeking a Planning Coordinator for a 12-month fixed term contract at Port of Dover. This full-time role involves coordinating planned and reactive works, using CAFM and financial systems, and liaising with operational teams.

  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure operational contract compliance in line with SLAs, KPIs and Port of Dover priorities
  • Administer and process work requests through the Port of Dover CAFM system (Oracle)
  • Manage quotes and estimates through to raising purchase orders and resolving invoice queries using the Coupa financial system
  • Liaise between Port of Dover operational functions, engineers and supply partners to coordinate and book works
  • Support labour loading and work allocation in collaboration with the engineering supervisory team
  • Monitor and manage backlogs of planned preventative and reactive works through to completion
  • Support onboarding of new employees and suppliers alongside the Account Director

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role within Facilities Management, Maintenance or a related environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good IT capability, with experience of CAFM systems and financial platforms desirable
  • A proactive, highly motivated approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team
  • Approachable and professional, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
