About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Workplace Facilities Coordinator to bind together the various facilities services and act as one convenient point of contact for customers across the Midlands. You will set consistently high standards, enhance the customer experience, and build excellent relationships with building occupants.
Key responsibilities include ensuring a tidy appearance across floors, logging calls, monthly meetings with Floor Leads, chasing work orders, and maintaining a visible presence on the floor. You will also play an active role during fire emergencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a strong customer service environment
- High quality interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
- Experience using CAFM systems (logging jobs, reports, purchase orders)
- Flexible and adaptable approach with problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and methodical approach
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to support printing and audio-visual solutions
- Valid formal Health and Safety Qualification (e.g., IOSH) is desirable
