Contract Manager

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee all service delivery streams within the contract, ensuring personnel work efficiently and maintain required standards.
  • Motivate and manage staff, ensuring discipline, positive performance, and effective allocation of labour to tasks.
  • Achieve and exceed SLA and KPI targets across all service lines.
  • Ensure compliance with the Business Management System, participating in internal and external audits.
  • Manage operational performance, including PPM completion, open/aged jobs, and quotations, promoting a culture of service excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in operational management within a large integrated FM environment.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, negotiate complex contracts, and demonstrate commercial awareness.
  • Proven experience managing a P&L with a strong customer-focused approach.
