External Support Cleaner

Role Responsibilities

• Ensuring external cleaning standards are maintained on a daily basis. Tasks include, but not limited to, sweeping, cobwebbing, waste removal, road sweeping, litter picking.
• Ensuring plant room cleaning is completed and standards are met upon request.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

What we're looking for

• Valid UK driving license
• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
