Retail Catering Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with the kitchen
• Open/close of business
• Stock controls
• Front of house ordering
• Effectively be the face of our catering brand
• Undertake any other duties including cash collection and banking

What We're Looking For

• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High standards and an eye for detail
• Hard working, energetic and confident
• Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates advantageous but not essential
• Previous catering experience within a similar environment
• Supervisory experience and appropriate numeracy/literacy/communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team or under own initiative
• Flexibility to take on different tasks as required
