Accounts Support Administrator

Role Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with site managers, residents, and relevant contacts.
- Liaise proactively with clients, ensuring timely responses to requests and updates.
- Coordinate closely with surveyors and laboratory teams to support accurate workflow.
- Handle data and information with precision, including spreadsheet use and programme management.
- Monitor client KPIs to ensure reports are issued within agreed timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with experience delivering professional, high‑quality client service.
- Proficient user of Excel, Word, and software databases.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
