Job Overview
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, are growing our IKEA Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. Previous experience monitoring CCTV is required, along with a CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!
Main Duties
- Report and present to the IRMC Manager and supervisors
- Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
- Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
- Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
- Providing a high level of customer service to our client
- Engagement with the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] loss prevention team
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily workload
- Committed and motivated
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Reliable, trustworthy and enthusiastic
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence
- £30000 per annum, 42 hours PW, Various shift patterns available.
- Varied shifts Monday to Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:00am to 6:00pm on a Sunday.
