Job Description
We are looking for a customer focused Leisure Assistant to take responsibility for ensuring the safety of all users of the Leisure Centre, with particular attention being made to those utilising the pool facilities. You will be required to work as part of a team and individually to perform a variety of tasks, including cleaning, lifeguarding, setting up sports equipment, administering first aid. You will also be expected to complete additional duties assigned to you by your line manager.
Key Requirements
- Valid National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
- Enthusiasm for monthly lifeguard training
- Strong customer service focus
- Reliable and friendly personality
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends
- Ability to manage building security after lets
